Due to the handmade and curated nature of our products, please review the following carefully.
We gladly accept returns on non-customized items under the conditions below.
We do not accept returns on:
- Crystal Confetti
- Custom or personalized orders (including but not limited to, candles, wax melts, and other items that are made to order)
- Sale items
To Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will evaluate and provide a replacement or resolution.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production or shipping.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Conditions of Return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items not returned in original condition may be subject to partial refund or denial.

Due to the nature of crystals and handmade products, variations in color, shape, and appearance are normal and not considered defective.
