Purchase options & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if and only if they have not yet been processed.

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun or if the item has already been made for you. 

Subscriptions may be canceled before your next billing cycle only if it is before the 15th of the month. This can be accessed through the account dashboard.
