Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer than expected. 

Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on carrier and location. Once an order is marked shipped, delivery times are out of our control. 

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Adulting Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and products.
