How to Use Your Hanging Diffuser
- Your diffuser will arrive with a small plunger to seal the bottle during shipping — this is normal
- When ready to use, gently twist off the wood cap
- Remove the small plunger
- Replace the wood cap securely
- Flip the diffuser upside down for approximately one minute to allow the fragrance to soak into the wood
- Hang in your desired location and enjoy

- Do not leave the diffuser upside down for extended periods — fragrance can spill
- If spillage occurs, wash the surface immediately — diffuser base can damage some surfaces

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–7 business days depending on the product type. Crystals and smaller items typically ship within 2–3 business days, while handcrafted products such as candles, wax melts, and apothecary items may take up to 7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We ship within the US and internationally.
Return policy
Return Window
You have a period of 15 business days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for an item.
Conditions of Returns
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition they were received to qualify for a full refund.
Non-returnable Items
Custom items, due to their bespoke nature, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
