Prefer to add your own fragrance? Select No Fragrance from the scent menu and your chosen vessel will arrive empty with the cap and your choice of reeds included — ready for you to fill your own way.
⚠️ A Note on Fragrance Color
Some fragrance oils carry a natural yellow hue depending on the scent selected. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of your diffuser. Please reach out before ordering if you have questions about a specific fragrance.
How to Use Your Reed Diffuser
- Remove the cap and place your reeds into the vessel
- Allow the reeds to absorb the fragrance for several hours before flipping
- Flip the reeds every few days to refresh the scent throw
- Always wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water after handling reeds or diffuser oil
- Keep away from finished wood surfaces, fabrics, and out of reach of children and pets

Shipping
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–7 business days depending on the product type. Crystals and smaller items typically ship within 2–3 business days, while handcrafted products such as candles, wax melts, and apothecary items may take up to 7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We ship within the US and internationally.
Return policy
Return Window
You have a period of 15 business days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for an item.
Conditions of Returns
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition they were received to qualify for a full refund.
Non-returnable Items
Custom items, due to their bespoke nature, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate your return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without charge. Beyond this window, if the order has not yet been dispatched, it may still be canceled but may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
