About Howlite

Howlite is a calcium borate mineral prized for its clean white color and distinctive grey-to-charcoal marbling. Natural Character

Howlite forms with natural grey and charcoal veining, softer chalky-white zones, and occasional quartz or matrix pockets — all part of the stone’s genuine structure and visible in the photos. These are natural features, not damage or cracks. Each tower has been polished to a smooth finish that highlights its unique veining.

How to Order

Choose #21 or #22 from the drop-down menu. Each is a single, unique tower — once it’s claimed, it’s gone. Please note the substantial size and weight when planning your display space.

Natural stone — veining, matrix, and minor surface characteristics are part of each piece’s individuality, not flaws. Measurements are approximate and taken by hand.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–7 business days depending on the product type. Crystals and smaller items typically ship within 2–3 business days, while handcrafted products such as candles, wax melts, and apothecary items may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We ship within the US and internationally.

Return Window
You have a period of 15 business days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for an item.

Conditions of Returns
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition they were received to qualify for a full refund.

Non-returnable Items
Custom items, due to their bespoke nature, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate your return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without charge. Beyond this window, if the order has not yet been dispatched, it may still be canceled but may be subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges
