Fragrance + Diffuser Base
Ready-to-use refill blended with our premium diffuser base carrier oil. Simply pour, add your reeds or cap, and enjoy. Available in the following sizes:
- 15ml / 0.5oz — Clear Dropper Bottle
- 30ml / 1oz — Cobalt Blue Dropper Bottle
- 60ml / 2oz — Cobalt Blue Dropper Bottle
- 120ml / 4oz — Cobalt Blue with Black Lid

Fragrance Concentrate
Pure fragrance concentrate with zero diffuser base carrier oil. Intended for use in your own base or application — not for use in reed diffusers or hanging car diffusers.

Fragrance Concentrate contains zero diffuser base carrier oil and is NOT suitable for reed diffusers or hanging car diffusers. If you are refilling a reed diffuser or car diffuser, please select a Fragrance + Diffuser Base option only. Please reach out before ordering if you have any questions — we want to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Each refill includes your choice of reeds or a wooden hanging diffuser cap and funnel. Select your preference from the reed style menu above.
Fragrance
Select your fragrance from the scent menu above or choose unscented diffuser base if you prefer to fragrance it yourself.

Shipping
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–7 business days depending on the product type. Crystals and smaller items typically ship within 2–3 business days, while handcrafted products such as candles, wax melts, and apothecary items may take up to 7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We ship within the US and internationally.
Return policy
Return Window
You have a period of 15 business days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for an item.
Conditions of Returns
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition they were received to qualify for a full refund.
Non-returnable Items
Custom items, due to their bespoke nature, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate your return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without charge. Beyond this window, if the order has not yet been dispatched, it may still be canceled but may be subject to a restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
In the event of a defective or damaged product, we can exchange it for the same item. Please reach out to our customer support to begin the exchange process.
