Shipping

Shipping
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–7 business days depending on the product type. Crystals and smaller items typically ship within 2–3 business days, while handcrafted products such as candles, wax melts, and apothecary items may take up to 7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We ship within the US and internationally.
Return policy

You have a period of 15 business days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for an item.
Conditions of Returns
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition they were received to qualify for a full refund.
Non-returnable Items
Custom items, due to their bespoke nature, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
